2017 ERG & Council Conference: People, Purpose & Passion - Making a Difference!
The Only Diversity & Inclusion Conference Designed Specifically for Employee Resource Groups & Diversity Councils.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Diversity Councils, Networking and Affinity Groups are effective resources for improving organizational results. But to increase their impact and effectiveness, they need expanded opportunities to improve and grow by learning and sharing best practices, gaining important insights to increase their knowledge and skills, to be inspired and recharged and to be recognized and rewarded for their contributions and results.
That’s the purpose of the annual ERG & Council Conference and ERG & Council Honors Award™. The 2-day agenda consists of 4 workshops, 8 repeating concurrent sessions, 2 keynote assembly sessions, 2 networking receptions and the ninth annual Honors Award ceremony. There are many opportunities for Group members to learn and share best practices, network, grow and celebrate...all for the purpose of increasing their impact on key organizational and business objectives.
This is the sixth year for the 2017 ERG & Council Conference which is set for October 4th-6th at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, Florida. This year's theme is People, Purpose & Passion - Making a Difference!
